Until you duplicate yourself, you have not won in life. Winning as an individual is good, but you will never have success. Men should take it upon themselves to raise other men, not just men, but future leaders who will pave way for achievers. Lives are transformed by changing mindsets. It takes a community to shape perspectives. To be successful in business, marriage, etc, one has to observe or shape the way of thinking as rightly denoted by "Think and Grow Rich," a book by Napoleon Hill.

Success is achievement, you achieve by setting standards. Standards cannot be compromised, they are as good as rituals. Rituals are commitments, every person who made it in life had to obey or observe the law of commitment. You commit your yourself to whatever you want to achieve. Apostle Paul rightly puts it when he says according to 1 Corinthians 15:10 But by the grace of God I am what I am, and his grace to me was not without effect. No, I worked harder than all of them - yet not I, but the grace of God that was with me.

Paul the Apostle, besides esteeming the grace of God upon his life, he also highlights the significance of committing yourself to a task. Working hard is a vital component for one to be successful. We have to develop ourselves according to what we want to achieve. To transform nations, governments must invest in quality education, quality education I believe comprise lifestyle at family level. Building strong and healthy families yields a functional society. The future of nations is banking on quality people, these are men and women who have been subjected to mind transformation. They perceive a family as a building block to a healthy nation, a corrupt free nation.
